What you will do
- Drive new account acquisition from brokers and agencies.
- Develop and manage the pipeline to maintain a consistent flow of new leads.
- Achieve team revenue targets and track performance against defined KPIs.
- Support negotiations for strategic accounts and manage the onboarding process for high-potential clients.
- Ensure smooth account handovers to Customer Success or Account Management teams.
- Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions.
Requirements
- Minimum High School/Vocational diploma; Fresh Graduates (D3/S1) with organizational experience are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in Telesales, BD Acquisition, or Account Management.
- Excellent pitching, negotiation, and persuasive sales skills.
- Strong analytical thinking to provide relevant solutions to customers.
- Resilience and a "can-do" attitude towards learning and rejection.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner ("smiling voice").
