What you will do
- Map and identify high-potential agency groups and independent office clusters across Indonesia to build a qualified pipeline.
- Develop relationships with master brand principals and branch owners through consistent field visits and meetings.
- Execute key account programs focused on growing revenue, active agent count, and advertising spend.
- Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle for new accounts, from legal agreements to first active listings.
- Maintain a disciplined CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to track deal stages, activity logs, and pipeline status.
- Collect structured market intelligence from agents and principals to feed into product and business strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in BD, account management, or field sales with a commercial pipeline component.
- Proven discipline in managing leads through a structured funnel (prospecting, qualifying, closing).
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field, including multi-city travel and face-to-face meetings.
- Fluency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce for disciplined pipeline management.
- Background in Proptech or real estate is a strong advantage.

- Experience in city expansion roles.
- Existing relationships with agency networks or large office groups in Indonesia.
