Enterprise Account Executive (Banking & Financial Services FSI): Formulate and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in enterprise accounts with an accent on selling AI-infused scenario planning platforms to Banking & Financial Services customers. Focus on articulating business value through executive presentations on time to value, ROI, and TCO while managing C-level relationships and closing large deals.

What you will do

  • Over-achieve sales goals by developing and implementing sales plans and cycles.
  • Understand customer business strategies and architect hirify.global solutions to support them.
  • Discover, qualify, strategize, solution, negotiate, and close deals in new and existing customers.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue while creating referenceable satisfied customers.
  • Lead account teams, evangelizing hirify.global capabilities to decision makers and influencers.

Requirements

  • 15+ years sales experience, with 10+ years solution selling in SAAS/PAAS
  • Extensive experience selling to enterprise customers and closing big deals in Indonesia
  • Expertise in Banking & Financial Services (FSI) industry highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to sell large-scale complex systems to key accounts.
  • Domain knowledge in FP&A, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning & Sales.
  • Expertise dealing with senior IT and business levels; executive communication skills.
