What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered automations, internal tooling, and workflows using Claude and Claude Code.
• Own backend workflows end-to-end, including monitoring, debugging, and handling edge cases.
• Map current-state systems to identify root causes of tech debt and rebuild workflows for better scalability.
• Partner across marketing and technical teams to maintain reliable and evolveable backend systems.
• Analyze large, complex datasets using SQL to validate system performance and support decision-making.
• Develop robust, documented, and flexible infrastructure that supports continuous iteration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a technical operations role.
• Fluency in SQL with the ability to navigate and interrogate large datasets independently.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations using APIs, LLMs, or low-code/no-code tools.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to diagnose novel technical problems without a playbook.
• End-to-end ownership mindset for post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional work, including scope definition and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Braze.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n.
