What you will do

• Lead the launch and ongoing evolution of global philanthropy and social impact initiatives.
• Manage employee giving programs and product donations aligned with the Pledge 1% commitment.
• Build and nurture partnerships with nonprofits, NGOs, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Develop a reporting framework to measure impact and program success against Millionfold Impact goals.
• Educate internal teams and employee resource groups on corporate philanthropy best practices.
• Oversee all hirify.global Cares projects, including communications and reporting.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within CSR, corporate philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Philanthropic Studies, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence across all levels, from individual contributors to the C-suite.
• Strong analytical thinking to evaluate program effectiveness and communicate results.
• Genuine passion for social impact and the power of technology to create opportunity at scale.
