What you will do

• Architect and build performant front-end applications using React and Next.js on AWS.
• Lead technical initiatives, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members on complex front-end challenges.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to own features from conception through production.
• Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Maintain clear technical documentation on architectural patterns and system behavior.
• Work across the full stack to ensure cohesive integration with backend and infrastructure services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• Deep proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and AWS.
• Broad technical knowledge across the full stack, including backend and databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Woodbury, Boca Raton, or Seattle 4 days per week.
