What you will do

• Lead implementation of large features and multi-sprint projects using React and TypeScript.
• Architect and build scalable, reusable component libraries and design system integrations.
• Translate design specs and acceptance criteria into robust, accessible UI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Influence engineering practices regarding testing, performance, and accessibility to raise overall quality.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to validate UX prototypes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Deep proficiency in React (hooks, context, lifecycle) and TypeScript/ES6+.
• Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs and using state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, v0) to accelerate development.
