What you will do

• Develop customer-facing workflows for researching, sourcing, and purchasing environmental commodities.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver high-impact 80/20 solutions.
• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for initiatives, managing scope and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain a high quality bar through pragmatic architecture and thorough code reviews.
• Drive communication via clear writing and active collaboration in meetings.

Requirements

• Experience at a Senior or Staff+ level with a strong product-engineering mindset.
• Proven ability to take high ownership and urgency in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in using AI-native workflows to accelerate development.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in building secure and maintainable software.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
