What you will do
- Develop customer-facing workflows for researching, sourcing, and purchasing environmental commodities.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver high-impact 80/20 solutions.
- Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for initiatives, managing scope and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain a high quality bar through pragmatic architecture and thorough code reviews.
- Drive communication via clear writing and active collaboration in meetings.
Requirements
- Experience at a Senior or Staff+ level with a strong product-engineering mindset.
- Proven ability to take high ownership and urgency in ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in using AI-native workflows to accelerate development.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in building secure and maintainable software.
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
