Salary: $113,600 – $170,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end global payroll projects, including migrations, vendor transitions, and M&A integrations.
• Manage discovery, requirements gathering, and process mapping for payroll and benefits changes.
• Partner cross-functionally with HRIS, Total Rewards, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliant implementations.
• Support payroll processing and validations to identify risks and control gaps.
• Strengthen payroll controls, documentation, and audit readiness across systems and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience with exposure to global payroll operations and implementations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance-focused process design.
• Experience managing vendor transitions or major system upgrades.
• Proficiency in project management and cross-functional partnership.
• Familiarity with payroll platforms such as CloudPay, Remote, or Workday integrations.
• Must be based in the USA for remote work, or local to the specified hub cities for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with CloudPay and/or Remote implementation.
• Workday HRIS/payroll integration expertise (pay element mapping, interfaces).
• Experience with UAT, parallel runs, and hypercare for payroll changes.
• Experience working across multiple countries and complex global payroll models.
• Payroll certifications or advanced project management training.
