What you will do

• Run convening operations end-to-end: develop invite lists, track outreach, refine materials, coordinate logistics (rooms, travel, dinners), provide day-of support, and handle post-convening communications.
• Own systematic follow-up: build systems to track customized support for participants shaping AI in their communities.
• Use Claude to innovate: develop AI-based systems for better participant understanding, new convening formats, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must spend at least 25% time in San Francisco office
• Strong track record building scalable operational systems for new programs.
• Experience running high-touch external programs, executive convenings, or stakeholder engagement.
• Comfort with complex logistics across external organizations, internal teams, and executives.
• Visa: Sponsorship available with reasonable effort (not guaranteed for every role/candidate)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field; experience level per internal job requirements.
