What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex GenAI data programs across multiple workstreams.
• Define delivery strategy, including methodology, governance model, and workforce structure.
• Establish scalable operating models that improve productivity and accelerate time-to-production.
• Own program forecasting and performance visibility, ensuring financial and operational predictability.
• Shape quality frameworks and act as senior escalation lead for delivery risks.
• Partner with clients to refine scope, align execution strategy, and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technical or AI-related programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder ecosystems across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of GenAI or AI data workflows and delivery governance models.
• Proven capability in financial and operational forecasting within program environments.
• Advanced risk management judgment in ambiguous or high-change contexts.
• High data fluency with the ability to interpret metrics and drive performance-based decisions.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project leadership credential preferred.
