What you will do

• Collaborate with the sales team to support the technical pre-sales cycle and drive product adoption.
• Analyze customer technical and business requirements to propose tailored hirify.global cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop business proposals and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers, partners, and the public.
• Lead and manage the Proof of Concept (PoC) process and resolve technical issues during pre-sales.
• Provide market and customer feedback to product management and engineering departments.

Requirements

• Experience with on-prem/cloud systems and server security.
• Knowledge of storage, backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP).
• Proficiency in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with security tools such as DLP, XDR, EDR, SIEM, and IAM.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills for discussing technical issues.
• Must be based in Japan.

Nice to have

• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Professional certifications.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP.
• CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certifications.
• IPA Information Security Management or Applied Information Technician certifications.
