What you will do

• Lead the technical aspects of presales engagements to support new customer acquisition.
• Translate customer challenges into scalable data, analytics, and AI architectures.
• Guide customers through evaluation via demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to drive successful deal execution.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and architecture teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Solution Architecture, Presales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Background working with enterprise data platforms, analytics, cloud, or AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and discovery processes.
