Salary: $116,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do
- Directly manage 5–7 IT Analysts and Engineers, overseeing performance reviews, mentoring, and career development.
- Oversee the user and computer management lifecycle, including provisioning, offboarding, and access management across Okta, Google Workspace, and O365.
- Triage and manage the Jira Service Management ticket queue, establishing SLAs and optimizing first-contact resolution rates.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of IT tools and workflows using automation platforms like Workato.
- Manage network infrastructure via Cisco Meraki and device fleet management via Kolide.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure data privacy and identity governance, specifically regarding AI tool adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT management or team leadership experience with a track record of scaling high-performing teams.
- Hands-on experience with directory services (Google Workspace, O365), identity management (Okta), and ticketing systems (Jira).
- Proven background in helpdesk or IT service delivery lifecycle management.
- Experience with IT automation, integration platforms, or scripting (e.g., Workato, Zapier).
- Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (Google Gemini, Claude, Notebook LM) to streamline service delivery and documentation.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Background in a fast-growing tech company or healthcare data organization.
- Knowledge of cloud IAM (Entra ID) and endpoint management platforms (Jamf, Intune).
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code integration patterns to reduce manual IT overhead.
