Salary: $102,000 - $112,750

What you will do

• Protect and safeguard company assets, personnel, and customer property.
• Conduct corporate and criminal investigations and provide detailed reports and court testimony.
• Identify and handle trespassers on company property and perform arrests as appropriate.
• Advise company officials to reduce crime and coordinate responses to railroad emergencies.
• Perform crime prevention patrols of facilities and trains, emphasizing high-value shipments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of basic police training at a recognized state certified academy.
• Must maintain a valid State Peace Officer License and meet commissioning standards in the state of employment.
• 18 months of successful experience as a full-time peace officer with a city, county, state, federal, or railroad law enforcement agency.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Broad knowledge of criminal law, procedures, and railroad industry operations.
