What you will do

• Coordinate communication between internal hirify.global teams and third-party platform operations vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance against established SLAs and KPIs, preparing reports on issue resolution.
• Support the initiation and maintenance of vendor agreements and onboarding processes.
• Lead vendor and contract negotiations.
• Develop and distribute training materials and maintain the operational knowledge base.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and gather vendor feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, supply chain coordination, or operations.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage external partners and drive performance accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to commute to the New York office on a daily basis.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
