What you will do
- Set up and lead the Ops AI Enablement team, define ways of working, and foster collaboration across Operations, CoE, Data, and technical teams.
- Define and maintain the AI roadmap aligned with Ops strategy and priorities.
- Own the AI innovation funnel, translate operational challenges into scoped use cases, and prioritize initiatives balancing value, feasibility, and risk.
- Establish benefits tracking framework, report outcomes in business reviews, and drive corrective actions for underperforming initiatives.
- Drive AI adoption, support change management and training, and champion AI-ready culture as interface between leadership, delivery, and technical teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in AI service/product ownership, digital transformation, or AI/data enablement (or 5+ with AI product delivery at scale).
- Experience establishing new teams or capabilities from scratch.
- Hands-on delivery of AI-enabled features like automation, decision support, or document intelligence.
- Background in Operations, Financial Services, or regulated environments with compliance familiarity.
- Ability to translate AI/ML into business value, understanding of AI lifecycle, responsible AI, roadmaps, and metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management, structured outcome-oriented mindset, and comfort in regulated settings.
