What you will do

• Provide insights and analysis on new channel and geo opportunities, growth expectations, and profitability targets.
• Partner with international retail leadership to define growth expectations and resource requirements for new markets.
• Maintain and evolve Country P&L reporting to influence channel evolution and development.
• Create a framework for evaluating ROI in new international markets.
• Forecast and model revenue opportunities within international markets.
• Collaborate with Finance Systems teams to create streamlined forecasting tools and reports.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant finance experience (FP&A experience is a plus).
• Proven experience managing and motivating employees and fostering their development.
• Ability to influence executive-level decision-makers and present complex financial data.
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, accrual accounting, and full P&L management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
