What you will do

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex software programs, identifying risks, resource constraints, and critical paths.
• Bridge commercial Agile delivery practices with government program expectations, aligning sprint execution with contractual deliverables.
• Map requirements, deliverables, and milestones into integrated, traceable schedules for defense contracts to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Integrate timelines across internal development teams, external vendors, and subcontractors as the single source of truth.
• Define the IMS tooling strategy (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and establish organizational scheduling standards and best practices.
• Educate and coach engineering teams on how to use schedules for strategic decision-making and progress measurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program scheduling, program planning, or large-scale project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs.
• Strong background supporting large commercial Agile software development efforts.
• Experience supporting government or defense contracts, including milestones and reporting expectations.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar IMS platforms.
• Experience supporting DoD or federal acquisition programs.
• Active or prior DoD security clearance.
• Experience coaching teams on program planning best practices.
