What you will do

• Lead the design, prototyping, and deployment of scalable ML infrastructure for hirify.global AI Mode.
• Act as the critical technical liaison between the Agentic Data Platform and applied AI teams to deliver necessary data foundations.
• Drive alignment on technical visions, architectures, and timelines across different organizations.
• Optimize production capabilities to ensure high availability and low latency at massive scale.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for engineering excellence and rapid innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and scaling production-grade data and ML infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of ML fundamentals, agentic patterns (orchestration, tool use), and retrieval strategies (embeddings, hybrid search).
• Proficiency with Python, agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain), and large-scale data processing (Spark, Databricks, Airflow).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and vector stores.
• Strong grasp of distributed systems architecture, CI/CD, and software design patterns.
• Must be based in one of the 50 United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience building foundational infrastructure for real-time AI applications.
