Agent Deployment Architect (Healthcare AI): Deploying and customizing safety-focused LLMs within healthcare environments (payors, providers, digital health) with an accent on technical leadership and client-side integration. Focus on building rapid prototypes, ensuring seamless EHR integration, and managing the full deployment lifecycle.

Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC (5 days per week at client site). Occasional travel to Palo Alto, CA.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead on client engagements, guiding end-to-end solution deployment and customization.
• Act as the bridge between engineering teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations.
• Rapidly prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems to meet client needs.
• Own the technical deployment lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the AI product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering.
• Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena) and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7v2).
• Experience working in complex technical environments within health systems, payors, or digital health.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations.

• Strong Python skills for debugging and writing scripts.
