TL;DR

Salary: $30.00–$36.00 Hourly

What you will do

  • Plan, set up, and conduct product development and engineering study test programs.
  • Create test procedures and configure laboratory instrumentation and special equipment.
  • Design and construct prototype electronic hardware and temporary test tooling.
  • Diagnose discrepant product performance to establish root causes and suggest redesigns.
  • Perform cable builds, hardware rework, and product assembly/disassembly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and customer personnel.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY (Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm).
  • Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
  • At least 3 years of related experience in a technical field.
  • High mechanical aptitude and ability to understand electronic/electromechanical design principles.
  • Proficiency in applying verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
