Field Services Representative (Defense)

TL;DR

Field Services Representative (Defense): Deploying and troubleshooting software and hardware capabilities in operational environments with an accent on system integration and customer support. Location: Work full-time onsite at Headquarters in Hawthorne, CA. Regular travel (50% CONUS/OCONUS) required.

Salary: $35.00 - $58.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate, plan, and set up internal R&D testing, customer demonstrations, and exercises.
• Support the installation, configuration, and integration of company systems in the field.
• Perform system troubleshooting and support engineering teams in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to engineering with detailed reproduction steps and operational context.
• Work directly with military, government, and commercial customers to ensure mission success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting military, government, or enterprise technology systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.
• Experience with tactical communications, sensors, UAS, C2 systems, or AI-enabled platforms.
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to organize and navigate overseas engagements and operate in remote areas.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Military Science.
• Previous experience as an FSR, FAE, Systems Engineer, or Technical Operations Engineer.
• Knowledge of radar, RF, sensor, and weapons systems.
• Military background or extensive experience working with militaries.
