What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers with guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and monitor progress while resolving roadblocks and mitigating risks.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, best practices, regulatory requirements, and project budgets.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, supply chain, and stakeholders for smooth execution and product launches.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on manufacturing trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related).
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering; 3+ years in supervisory/management role.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management (Agile, Six Sigma), CAD/CAM, manufacturing processes, lean principles, and safety regulations.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, robotics, automation, data analysis, and SPC.
