Salary: $86,900 to $93,500 /yr

What you will do

• Support critical leadership functions including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee, plan, and organize the department, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
• Work with leadership to set area goals and implement plans for improvement.
• Evaluate business issues and complaints to identify root causes and improvements.
• Develop and mentor team technicians daily.
• Support positive collaboration across teams and manage conflict appropriately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2+ Years of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing & fulfillment operations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Leadership experience across multi-functional teams.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001, FDA QSR).
• 3 years of Order Management, Technical Support, Warehousing or Manufacturing experience directly with hearing instruments.
• Experience with Lean tools & EOS.
