What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to People, Operations, and Leadership on global employment matters.
• Lead the drafting and implementation of employment agreements and policies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise on complex issues including hiring, terminations, restructurings, and employee relations.
• Support international expansion by assessing legal implications in new markets and coordinating with external counsel.
• Develop scalable, repeatable employment frameworks and internal guidelines for global hiring.
• Collaborate with the People Team to align employment practices with company values and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 7+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm and as in-house counsel.
• Strong expertise in US employment and labor law.
• Experience supporting high-growth or international organizations.
• Ability to operate independently across multiple time zones.
• Keen interest in AI and legal technology.
