What you will do

• Plan, implement, and maintain integration and testing solutions for COTS/GOTS and in-house components and subsystems.
• Develop functional and technical specifications to solve hardware/software interface problems and define I/O parameters.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for full systems.
• Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities across different programs and organizations.
• Analyze test results and produce detailed evaluation reports to validate system performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing to verify incorporated software fixes.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is strictly required.
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with C++ and system integration.
• Experience working in a System/Software Integration Lab (SIL) performing manual and automated tests.
• Proficiency in scripting automated tests and data analysis using Python or MATLAB.
• Experience in an agile team environment using daily scrums and sprint cadences.
