What you will do
- Design and build AI-powered automations and internal tooling using Claude and Claude Code to reduce manual effort.
- Own automations end-to-end, including monitoring, debugging, and handling edge cases.
- Analyze and rebuild legacy MarTech systems to eliminate technical debt and improve scalability.
- Collaborate across marketing and technical teams to ensure backend system reliability.
- Utilize SQL to investigate large datasets, validate performance, and support data-driven decisions.
- Develop robust, documented, and flexible infrastructure that supports iterative improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a technical operations role.
- Fluency in SQL for independent navigation and interrogation of complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows using APIs, LLMs, or low-code/no-code tools.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to diagnose novel technical problems without a playbook.
- Proven experience owning complex cross-functional projects from scope definition to launch.
- End-to-end ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and monitoring.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Braze.
- Experience with automation tools like n8n.
