What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing process engineering team supporting critical manufacturing and product performance.
• Serve as the primary technical and operational lead for process readiness and capability across development and production.
• Establish quantifiable expectations for process capability, yield performance, and variation reduction.
• Partner with Product Development, Equipment Engineering, and Quality teams to drive design-for-manufacturability.
• Execute strategies to ensure predictable yield, throughput, and consistency through CTF/CTQ metrics.
• Lead structured root cause investigations to resolve yield excursions and reliability risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in process engineering within advanced technology manufacturing (semiconductor, photonics, optics, or display).
• Expertise in optimizing complex manufacturing processes, including variation reduction and yield improvement.
• Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing technical engineering teams.
• BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Plantation, FL.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with data-driven methodologies including DOE, DFSS, SPC, and FMEA.
• Demonstrated success in implementing corrective actions for reliability risks and yield excursions.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans to improve cycle time and cost efficiency.
