What you will do

• Design and build core multi-agent (LangGraph Swarm) and single-agent (ReAct) orchestration systems.
• Engineer a robust translation layer between AI systems and a proprietary component-based gameplay framework in Unreal Engine.
• Architect and scale a distributed multi-user backend on AWS/GCP using Kubernetes.
• Implement real-time streaming responses via WebSockets and hybrid memory systems.
• Develop enterprise-grade observability, monitoring, and failover systems to support thousands of concurrent users.

Requirements

• Expert-level Python (3.11+) with FastAPI and async/await patterns.
• Production experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes in cloud environments.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building applications with AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• 2+ years of professional or significant project experience with Unreal Engine (Actors, Components, Blueprints).
• Must be based in Montreal, Canada for hybrid collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience building production applications with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Proficiency in advanced prompt engineering techniques like Chain-of-Thought.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI agent performance.
