Salary: $70,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Own inventory accuracy and system integrity across ERP/WMS (ION preferred).
• Manage kitting processes to ensure complete and timely delivery to production lines.
• Execute cycle counting programs and perform root cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Implement visual stores systems including labeling and zoning to optimize material flow.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and planning teams to ensure material availability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in inventory control or material management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems such as ION, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Proven experience with kitting and production support environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Hawthorne, California

Nice to have

• Experience with ION or similar modern manufacturing ERP systems.
• Familiarity with visual management systems and lean material flow.
• CPIM/CSCP or equivalent certification.
