What you will do

• Develop 3D Revit models and produce detailed construction documents for buildings.
• Coordinate design efforts daily with architects, engineers, and designers from other disciplines.
• Research and apply specific code requirements necessary for each project design.
• Assist in the preparation of professional design presentations for clients.
• Manage project documentation from the schematic design phase through construction administration.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established budgets and schedules.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a structural-related technology program.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing project needs.
• Location: Must be based in Evansville, IN
