What you will do

• Own end-to-end lifecycle management for secured and unsecured Treasury trades, ensuring accurate capture, asset servicing, and on-time settlement.
• Perform independent post-trade reviews, validate booking and valuation accuracy, and escalate control exceptions.
• Coordinate with clients and partners (Structuring, Legal, Credit, Product Control, Engineering) to resolve issues and deliver initiatives.
• Identify and lead process improvements to enhance controls, reduce risk, and gain efficiency.
• Coach junior team members on trade management, controls, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Office location: New York, NY
• 5 to 7 years Operations experience, preferably in Middle Office or securities/derivatives trade lifecycle and settlement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication to articulate complex issues clearly.
• Strong risk management skills and experience with functional/operational risk reviews.
• Ability to perform under pressure in deadline-driven environment with organizational skills.
