Salary: CA$120,000 – CA$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development of company-wide strategy and provide oversight for special cross-functional projects.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable frameworks by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Diagnose and resolve cross-functional friction and structural issues to improve operating rhythms.
• Extract and synthesize data using SQL to build models and trackers for early performance visibility.
• Develop robust ROI models to evaluate new opportunities and prioritize the strategic roadmap.
• Drive organizational adoption of new governance and explore AI tools for innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or marketing analytics.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
• Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency in SQL for independent database navigation.
• Proven track record of influencing executive-level strategy and driving measurable company performance.
• Deep understanding of SaaS/Fintech operational drivers and GTM profitability.
• Ability to influence without authority within a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Mode, Looker, or Tableau.
