What you will do

  • Monitor health and performance of hirify.global solutions across VIP customer portfolio.
  • Coach users on functionality, configurations, and best practices.
  • Review new features, fixes, and release notes for customer impact.
  • Configure solutions based on customer requirements under senior guidance.
  • Prepare monthly performance, utilization, and support metric summaries.
  • Analyze usage and data patterns to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot errors and collaborate on solution improvements.

Requirements

  • Located in Mexico.
  • At least 5 years in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation.
  • Experience with query-based languages and relational databases.
  • Strong technical data skills: advanced SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of system configurations, data models, and integration best practices.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Sales Performance Management domain.
  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global software (administering, implementing, supporting).
