What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered automations and internal tooling using Claude and Claude Code to reduce manual effort.
• Own the full automation lifecycle, including monitoring system behavior, debugging, and handling edge cases.
• Map current-state systems to identify root causes of tech debt and rebuild workflows for better scalability.
• Partner with marketing and technical teams to maintain reliable and flexible backend systems.
• Use SQL to investigate large datasets, validate system performance, and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a technical operations role with a focus on building systems.
• Fluency in SQL for independently navigating and interrogating complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows using APIs, LLMs, and no-code/low-code tools.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to diagnose and resolve novel technical problems without a playbook.
• Proven experience owning complex cross-functional projects from scope definition through to execution.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Braze.
• Experience using automation tools like n8n.
