What you will do

  • Conduct accessibility audits across digital platforms and documents using screen readers and industry tools.
  • Provide technical recommendations to designers and developers for accessible-by-design features.
  • Lead remediation of legacy content and optimize document workflows to minimize legal risks.
  • Manage accessibility intake, generate compliance reports, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Support UX research and usability testing for designs usable by people with disabilities.
  • Contribute to enterprise inclusion initiatives as accessibility expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years professional experience in corporate environment.
  • 2+ years in digital experience design, UX research, or usability testing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for creating accessible documents.
  • Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and assistive technologies.
  • Excellent communication to explain standards to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects in a team.
