What you will do

• Work with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to manage project deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional development on new technology from design through delivery.
• Coordinate with onsite and remote teams to deliver software and services in sync with launch timelines.
• Communicate status, risks, and change control to senior management.
• Drive development and infrastructure work-streams, working with technical architects.
• Provide visibility on vulnerabilities and oversee SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years in technical program/project management.
• Deep understanding of agile software development lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating release schedules and executive presentations.
• Excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ownership for driving progress on critical issues.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with JIRA admin, Confluence, and Atlassian products.
• Knowledge of cloud and firewall technology.
