Salary: $118,150 – $159,850

What you will do

• Translate customer mission needs and operational challenges into actionable work items and delivery plans.
• Coordinate execution across engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of secure software capabilities.
• Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritization to track delivery progress.
• Communicate technical concepts and solution capabilities to both technical and non-technical Army stakeholders.
• Support technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept efforts.
• Monitor delivery risks and dependencies while coordinating mitigation strategies with technical leads and architects.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold an active Secret Clearance.
• Prior experience supporting Army or Department of Defense programs.
• Experience in software delivery, cloud, platform, cybersecurity, or DevSecOps environments.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and modern software delivery concepts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to brief both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.

Nice to have

• Top Secret Clearance.
• Operational military experience.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi) and GitOps practices.
