Salary: $70,200 - $117,000 per annum

What you will do

• Execute integrated retail marketing campaigns across physical stores and digital channels to drive traffic and sales
• Plan and execute in-store events like product launches, esports activations, and community meetups
• Source and manage local influencers for store visits and content amplification
• Build relationships with colleges, gaming communities, and partners to sustain store traffic
• Develop toolkits, SOPs, and training for consistent store execution
• Collaborate with product marketing, esports, social, and store operations teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years in marketing, retail marketing, or experiential marketing
• Proven end-to-end execution of campaigns, events, or activations
• Strong project management with multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to translate strategy into detailed execution
