What you will do

  • Support the development of a social-first brand strategy to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Execute end-to-end social campaigns, including always-on and tentpole strategies for key cultural moments.
  • Partner with the Influencer team to manage creator programs, including research, briefing, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver high-quality, platform-native assets.
  • Track social KPIs and analyze campaign results to provide insights for future optimization.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure global strategies are effectively localized.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically focused on social, digital, and/or influencer marketing.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with influencer/creator partnerships and campaign coordination.
  • Understanding of social analytics and performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
