What you will do

• Arrange and manage inbound, domestic, and transfer shipments for fine art and rare objects in a cost-effective manner.
• Obtain and evaluate quotes from approved shipping partners, ensuring compliance with packing specifications and laws.
• Handle customs classification, allocate tariff and customs procedure codes, and manage import methodology.
• Prepare and submit CITES and Cultural Export license applications.
• Manage RTC (Request to Collect) shipping quotes and coordinate their execution with partners.
• Plan logistics for travelling exhibitions, including the preparation of ATA Carnets and export documentation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of international logistics, packing methods, and customs procedures.
• Deep understanding of import/export controls, licensing (CITES), and VAT/duty considerations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent client service and communication skills for engaging at all organizational levels.
• Must be based in London to perform onsite shipping coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience in fine art logistics.
• Experience with SAP, specifically customs or logistics modules.
• Additional language skills.
