What you will do
- Lead engineering execution for large-scale system integration projects as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams.
- Translate requirements into actionable engineering plans, coordinating mechanical design and equipment specifications.
- Collaborate across Mechanical, Controls, Electrical, and Software disciplines to align deliverables and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage engineering execution from kick-off through commissioning, including FAT/SAT participation and field support.
- Oversee internal and external engineering resources, including offshore teams or outsourced partners.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Manufacturing to validate feasibility, cost, and scope alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system-level engineering, ideally in material handling, automation, or capital equipment environments.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as Inventor, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
- Strong track record in owning technical delivery from engineering through on-site installation.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
