Expected salary range: $118,000 - $125,000 CAD

What you will do

• Define use cases, user personas, and customer workflows; translate into product roadmaps incorporating feedback, competitive intelligence, and strategic priorities.
• Build prioritized device/content roadmap for optical engines, pluggable modules, laser integration, interfaces, and thermal solutions; define comparative frameworks for architecture evaluation.
• Develop quarterly analysis plans with Analyst and Reverse Engineering teams; translate customer needs into specifications and coordinate device acquisition.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering on database architecture, search functionality, and AI-driven data structuring; manage product enhancements.
• Monitor market evolution in pluggable/NPO/CPO architectures, standards, and ecosystem shifts; identify gaps for product opportunities.
• Support Sales/Product Marketing with demonstrations, value propositions, and case studies; design structured data models and agentic AI workflows for querying trade-offs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years product management or technical program management in technical intelligence, B2B info services, or subscription research.
• Bachelor's in Electrical/Optical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Understanding of optical interconnect systems: silicon photonics, laser integration, packaging, thermal management, data center constraints.
• Ability to define strategy/roadmaps, translate needs into specs/SoWs for technical teams; operate under uncertainty.
• Experience designing AI-native products/agent systems; strong analytical skills with AI tools; excellent communication.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration; self-starter with resilience and growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of export controls, ECCN, Entity List for optics.
• Familiarity with OIF standards and hyperscaler data center architectures.
• Experience in reverse engineering/teardown/technical intelligence.
