What you will do

• Manage the conversion process for new 401(k) Plan clients from vendors such as ADP TotalSource and Paychex.
• Establish plans in DefCon and other internal systems, setting timelines and expectations for deliverables.
• Research and reconcile data discrepancies in participant records to ensure 100% transfer accuracy.
• Load and post financial transactions in OMNI and review output reports.
• Coordinate with clients to gather change information and necessary documentation for system updates.
• Train entry-level personnel on plan setup activities and support implementation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in the retirement services field required.
• Solid understanding of 401(k) plans, ERISA, and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be based in Kingwood, Texas.

Nice to have

• One year of experience specifically related to conversion activity.
• Knowledge of OMNI systems.
