Location: Remote with required schedule Friday to Tuesday 4pm-12am ET (or equivalent in your time zone)

$33.33-$42.31 hourly

What you will do

• Provide clinical phone support including psychoeducation, referrals, and crisis intervention with safety planning.
• Assess risks, recommend action plans, and coordinate connections to therapists, coaches, physicians, or external resources.
• Offer after-hours support to members, leaders, and internal teams while documenting interactions professionally.
• Follow care protocols, problem-solve barriers, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for smooth member experiences.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, case consultations, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist
• Minimum 2+ years direct clinical care experience
• Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning
• Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions
• Fully available and free from interruptions during shifts, including holidays and occasional changes
• Excellent listening, written/verbal communication; cultural awareness, empathy; tech-savvy; multitasking ability
