What you will do

• Act as Video Ads tech lead, partnering with Product and Design to build and execute roadmap transforming formats into industry leaders.
• Provide technical strategy, guidance, and design reviews for scalable hirify.global-unique ad formats serving millions of users.
• Drive full development lifecycle from discovery, prototyping, testing, experimentation, to deployment.
• Mentor senior engineers across ad formats teams, establishing best practices in design, testing, and operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience at Staff level.
• 3+ years Android mastery in Kotlin and modern architectural patterns; 4+ projects from ideation to production.
• Experience in Ad Tech and building highly interactive rich-media mobile experiences.
• Proven product mindset delivering polished UI/performance-critical user-facing features.
• System design skills for complex data-intensive fault-tolerant client-side systems.
• Experience with GenAI tools for engineering productivity.
• Fluency in product metrics, experimentation, analysis with tools like BigQuery, Firebase.
