What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initial scoping through launch and global adoption.
• Align engineering, product, design, field, legal, and marketing teams around a shared execution plan.
• Partner with field teams and solutions architects to drive successful product launches and enterprise adoption.
• Design and implement scalable operational processes and operating models to improve organizational speed.
• Own executive communication with senior leadership, providing updates and managing risks for VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics using data and dashboards to guide decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in enterprise software or B2B technology.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product launches across multiple geographies and functions.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience influencing roadmap decisions and prioritization beyond simple delivery.
• Strong communication skills and credibility with both technical engineers and executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View or San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in data platforms, governance systems, or developer-facing products.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar large-scale data ecosystems.
• Advanced degree in a technical field.
