Salary: $131,000 – $175,000

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional programs to drive outcomes for users, studio partners, and the business.
  • Design and scale beta tests to validate new concepts and implement winning ideas companywide.
  • Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align on strategy and delivery.
  • Present strategic insights, recommendations, and program progress to the CEO and executive team.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and trade-offs across multiple simultaneous initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or program management at a fast-scaling tech company.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs from initial idea through execution.
  • Strong ability to connect high-level strategic objectives to measurable business impact.
  • Advanced Excel skills for hands-on data analysis and test design.
  • Ability to distill complex ideas and present them clearly to senior leadership.
  • Based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models.
  • Professional experience in eCommerce.
