What you will do

• Build full-stack financial models for Leviathan deployments, including CapEx/OpEx, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analyses.
• Model customer ROI across various use cases including AI training, inference, and edge workloads.
• Quantify macro-level impacts such as regional GDP uplift and tax base expansion to support public-sector discussions.
• Partner with Sales and BD to present the business case to hyperscalers, energy producers, and government stakeholders.
• Conduct research on AI compute trends and neo-cloud economics to pressure-test assumptions and update models.
• Support commercial structuring, pricing, and deal terms through data-driven analysis and investor-grade memos.

Requirements

• Expert-level financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex models from scratch.
• Background in Investment Banking or Private Equity, specifically within infrastructure, energy, or data centers.
• Experience presenting deals and financial narratives to investment committees.
• Must be based in the US (preferred).
• Strong communication skills to act as a trusted economic advisor to CFOs and CIOs.
• Ability to translate technical infrastructure specifications into business and financial outcomes.
